A team of mechanical engineers, instrumentation engineers, procurement officers and expeditors who are well-versed with the Technical, Commercial & Documentation requirements of the industry. Our Afras Team draws from its rich experience of working with several international organizations with PDO (Shell Oman) being our single largest client for the past 20 years in Oman where we follow the MESC & DEP requirements of Shell for products and adhere to the HSE procedures. We are also well experienced with the PED requirements of Europe.
Having invested into owning and operating a logistics company with chartering experience, Afras is well equipped to handle international shipments and undertake them on a door-to-door basis, including packing, shipping, customs documentation, clearing, forwarding and trucking to the final destination.
A reasonable delivery period for top-ups and competitive pricing and delivery for the first off-take when you approach any of the mills that we represent. We are able to accomplish this task due to our excellent relationships with the mills and our investments in the raw materials for line pipe, fittings, flanges and valves together with the manufacturers that we represent in the respective category. A prime example we would like to highlight is our experience with the Angola LNG project. We successfully executed over 50,000 metric tons (approx. 240km ) of CS line pipes in 18", 14" and 24" dia sizes used for pipe piles required for the construction phase of the Chevron LNG Export Terminal that was constructed in Angola. With a late request for expedited delivery put to us during the project execution phase, we delivered the last few shipments about a month ahead of schedule and completed the overall orders on an average of 10 days ahead of schedule.
